Dr. Wolfson is available for a broad range of services in Medical Legal Evaluation. Dr. Wolfson performs on a regular basis the following;
- AME – Agreed Medical Evaluations
- QME – Qualified Medical Evaluations
- IME – Independent Medical Evaluations or Orthopedic Second Opinions
- Record Reviews, and Expert Witness Testimony
Dr. Wolfson prepares all reports in a timely manner, and has developed over the years, expertise in difficult and unusually complex cases. Dr. Wolfson is very familiar with complicated issues of causation, apportionment, work restrictions, duplication and overlap, and is very aware and sensitive to the issues of both the injured worker and the employer. As a result, a large percentage of the evaluations done are Agreed Medical Evaluations (AME), however Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME), Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) and AOE/COE evaluations are welcome.
Dr. Wolfson understands the conflicts that can arise between applicant and defense, and with years of experience can thoughtfully address all of the issues. He understands the requirements for substantial medical evidence, methods of impairment rating and is expert with the AMA Guides.
